MASSAGE

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE 60 minutes

A focused, therapeutic body treatment designed to help release muscular tension, stiffness and restriction while restoring a greater sense of ease and flow through the body.

Your session can focus on a specific area of concern — such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips or legs — or be used as a shorter full-body treatment, depending on what your body needs on the day.

I combine deep tissue massage with acupressure, meridian and muscle-line work, vibration and therapeutic sound to encourage the body to soften and release. Where appropriate, scalar sound techniques may also be incorporated around areas of discomfort.

Rather than simply working harder into tight muscles, the intention is to work with your body, allowing areas of holding and resistance to gradually relax and create greater movement and flow.

A deeper, more comprehensive therapeutic treatment for when your body needs more than a quick release.

The 90-minute session gives your body time to settle, soften and let go, allowing me to work more thoroughly through areas of muscular tension, stiffness and restriction while also exploring how different areas of the body may be influencing one another.

Using a combination of deep tissue massage, acupressure, meridian and muscle-line work, vibration and therapeutic sound, I work with the body to encourage greater movement, circulation and flow. Scalar sound techniques may also be incorporated around areas of pain or discomfort where appropriate.

Rather than focusing only on where you feel the tension, this longer session allows us to work more comprehensively with the body — following patterns of tightness and compensation and giving areas of resistance the time they need to soften.

This treatment may support:

Stress, overwhelm and difficult life experiences can influence the way we hold ourselves — tight shoulders, a guarded chest, clenched jaw, restricted breathing or a body that simply struggles to fully relax.

I combine therapeutic massage, meridian work, acupressure, vibration and sound therapy to create a deeply personalised treatment. Rather than forcing the body, we work with it — allowing tension to soften while creating space for emotion, awareness and release.

You don’t need to know exactly what is wrong. You may simply know that something feels heavy, stuck or out of balance.

A deeply restorative, personalised sound therapy session designed to bring your body, mind and energy back into balance.

Your session begins with an intention — perhaps you’re seeking deep relaxation, emotional clarity, pain relief, support through change, greater confidence, or simply a chance to reset and reconnect with yourself.

Using a carefully selected combination of tuning forks, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, therapeutic drums and other sound instruments, I work intuitively with your biofield, body and energy centres to support areas that may feel unsettled, depleted or out of balance.

The frequencies, rhythms and vibrations are chosen specifically for you and your intention, creating an immersive experience that encourages your whole system to slow down, soften and return to a greater sense of balance and flow.

This session may support:
